Terms of Service

Last updated: July 20, 2026

Introduction

Welcome to injecyyt™, operated by Natasha Baradaran. Throughout these Terms, “injecyyt™,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the business operating this website and offering its furniture, textiles, home accessories, interior design resources, and related services.

These Terms of Service govern your access to our website, online store, content, purchasing features, customer accounts, and other services made available through the website (collectively, the “Services”).

By browsing the website, creating an account, submitting an order, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use of the Services.

1. Eligibility and Customer Accounts

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your place of residence to make a purchase through our website. If you permit a minor to access the Services through a device or account you control, you accept responsibility for that access.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account, requesting a quote, or completing a purchase. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing details, and delivery information.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential
  • Restricting unauthorized access to your account
  • Reviewing and updating your information when necessary
  • Notifying us if you suspect unauthorized activity

Accounts may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or shared for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

2. Website Use

The Services are provided for lawful personal, household, design-industry, and authorized commercial use.

You may not use the website to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Submit false, incomplete, or misleading information
  • Interfere with the website’s operation or security
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Collect information about other visitors without permission
  • Scrape, crawl, copy, or reproduce website content through automated means
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account or system
  • Impersonate another individual or organization
  • Use our products, images, or content for unauthorized resale or promotion

We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms or created a security, legal, or operational risk.

3. Products and Materials

injecyyt™ offers handcrafted furniture, textiles, decorative accessories, and other interior products. Some merchandise may be made to order or produced according to customer-selected specifications.

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. However:

  • Screen settings may affect how colors and finishes appear
  • Product dimensions may have minor tolerances
  • Handmade construction can result in subtle variations
  • Wood, stone, leather, metal, and natural textiles may vary in grain, tone, texture, or pattern
  • Fabrics from different production lots may not be identical
  • Product photography may include styling objects that are not part of the purchase

These characteristics are not necessarily defects. Customers should review dimensions, materials, care instructions, and included components before ordering.

We may revise specifications, discontinue products, limit quantities, or restrict availability by customer or geographic market.

4. Custom Furniture and Special Orders

Custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are created specifically for the purchasing customer.

You are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all applicable details, including:

  • Measurements and proportions
  • Fabric or leather selections
  • Wood species and finishes
  • Metal finishes and hardware
  • Drawings, renderings, or samples
  • Delivery access requirements

Once materials are ordered or production begins, changes and cancellations may not be possible. Approved changes may affect pricing and completion estimates.

Samples are representative rather than absolute guarantees of the finished appearance. Natural materials and handcrafted finishes may display acceptable variation.

Custom-order purchases are subject to our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Interior Design and Professional Services

Information on the website concerning interior design, space planning, customization, trade services, or commercial projects does not automatically create a professional-services agreement.

Design services may require a separate proposal, scope of work, fee schedule, contract, deposit, and project timeline. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement will control the applicable professional service.

Website images, articles, measurements, and styling suggestions are general resources and are not substitutes for project-specific architectural, engineering, electrical, building-code, or safety advice.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated email acknowledging receipt does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We may review an order before confirming it and may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Product or material unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity
  • Delivery limitations
  • Quantity restrictions
  • Errors in customer information
  • Inability to complete a requested customization

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will return the applicable amount to the original payment method, subject to any separately authorized and nonrefundable custom-production costs.

Orders intended for resale, export, trade, or commercial use may require prior approval or a separate agreement.

7. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Unless stated otherwise, website prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

Product prices may exclude:

  • Sales or use taxes
  • Shipping and handling
  • Freight or White Glove delivery
  • Installation and assembly
  • Storage and redelivery charges
  • Customs duties and brokerage fees
  • International taxes or import costs

The amount shown in an accepted order confirmation governs that purchase, except in cases of obvious pricing or technical error.

You agree to provide complete and accurate billing information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payment methods are processed according to our Payment Methods page and the terms of the applicable payment provider.

Promotions, discounts, and special offers may carry separate conditions. Unless expressly permitted, offers cannot be combined, transferred, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively.

8. Production Estimates

Production timelines for handcrafted and customized products are estimates, not guaranteed completion dates.

Timing may be affected by:

  • Material availability
  • Artisan production capacity
  • Customer-requested changes
  • Supplier or workshop delays
  • Holidays and seasonal volume
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

If an expected shipment date changes materially, we will provide notice and any choices required by applicable law.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, freight, and White Glove delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accessible delivery address. Before ordering large furniture, you should measure doorways, elevators, staircases, hallways, and other parts of the delivery path.

Transit and delivery windows are estimates. To the extent permitted by law, injecyyt™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, building restrictions, labor disruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Ownership and risk of loss will transfer in accordance with the delivery terms presented for the order and applicable law.

Federal rules require online sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipment timing and to provide legally required delay or refund options when that timing cannot be met. FTC shipping-rule guidance.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Custom furniture, personalized products, cut fabric, customer-approved materials, final-sale merchandise, and certain made-to-order pieces may not be returnable.

No merchandise should be shipped or transported back without prior written authorization. Eligibility, return costs, inspection requirements, and refund timing are determined under the policy in effect when the order is placed, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Accuracy of Website Information

Although we work to keep website information current, content may occasionally contain typographical mistakes, incomplete details, or technical inaccuracies related to:

  • Prices and promotions
  • Product dimensions or materials
  • Availability and production timing
  • Delivery charges or estimates
  • Images and color representations

We may correct information, update content, or cancel an affected order when necessary. If a material correction affects an accepted purchase, we will contact the customer using the information supplied with the order.

12. Intellectual Property

The website and its contents—including the injecyyt™ name, branding, furniture designs, photographs, illustrations, renderings, text, graphics, layouts, videos, audio, product names, and visual presentation—are owned by or licensed to Natasha Baradaran and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You receive a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to access the Services for authorized purposes.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

  • Copy or republish our photographs or product descriptions
  • Reproduce or manufacture our furniture designs
  • Modify or distribute website materials
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or product names commercially
  • Create derivative works based on protected content
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
  • Present injecyyt™ content as your own

No ownership interest or intellectual-property license is transferred to you through website access or a product purchase, except for the limited right to personally use the purchased physical product.

13. Customer Content and Feedback

If you voluntarily provide photographs, reviews, suggestions, testimonials, comments, or other materials (“Customer Content”), you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to submit it
  • It is accurate and not misleading
  • It does not violate another party’s rights
  • Any incentive or compensation connected with it has been disclosed
  • It does not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or malicious material

You grant injecyyt™ a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and use Customer Content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, subject to applicable privacy law.

We are not required to keep unsolicited submissions confidential, pay for them, publish them, or respond to them. We may remove Customer Content that violates these Terms.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may include payment processors, delivery tools, embedded content, social-media features, or links operated by third parties.

We do not control and are not responsible for independent third-party websites, their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by the third party’s own terms.

Review applicable policies before providing personal information or entering into a transaction with an external provider.

15. Shopify Platform

Our online store may use Shopify technology to provide website hosting, checkout, account, and commerce functionality.

Purchases from the injecyyt™ store are transactions between the customer and injecyyt™, not purchases from Shopify. Shopify does not manufacture, sell, deliver, repair, or warrant injecyyt™ products.

Your interaction with Shopify-supported features may also involve Shopify’s applicable policies and privacy practices. Shopify provides tools for merchants to publish store policies but advises merchants to review and adapt those policies to their own operations. Shopify policy guidance.

16. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Because third-party providers may support hosting, checkout, analytics, communications, and fulfillment, information may be processed by those providers as necessary to deliver the Services.

By using the website, you acknowledge that data may be processed in locations outside your state, province, or country, subject to applicable privacy requirements and contractual safeguards.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its digital functions are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not promise that:

  • Website access will always be uninterrupted
  • Every technical error will be corrected immediately
  • The Services will be free from all harmful components
  • Website content will satisfy every individual purpose
  • Third-party services will remain continuously available

Any written product warranty expressly provided with a purchase will apply according to its stated terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees, implied warranties, or other protections that cannot legally be waived.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, injecyyt™, Natasha Baradaran, and their employees, contractors, representatives, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the Services or products.

This may include loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, data, or anticipated savings.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or another category that cannot lawfully be restricted.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless injecyyt™, Natasha Baradaran, and their personnel and service providers from third-party claims, losses, or reasonable legal expenses resulting from:

  • Your unlawful use of the Services
  • Your material violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of another person’s rights
  • Content you submit through the website

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own unlawful conduct or negligence.

20. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably determine that you have:

  • Breached these Terms
  • Used the website unlawfully
  • Attempted fraud or unauthorized access
  • Disrupted the Services or affected other users
  • Created a material security or legal risk

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or rights that arose before termination. Provisions concerning ownership, intellectual property, payment, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution will survive where their nature requires it.

21. Governing Law

These Terms and purchases made through the Services are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Subject to any non-waivable rights, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be brought before the appropriate state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

22. Severability and Waiver

If a court finds part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later.

23. Entire Agreement and Assignment

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Payment Methods page, and any applicable order agreement, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights or obligations in connection with a business restructuring, sale, merger, or transfer, subject to applicable law.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when our products, Services, business practices, or legal obligations change.

The current version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice before a material change becomes effective.

Continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised version to the extent permitted by law.
